Our floorcloths can be custom made to match your color, decor and style or you can select a design from the Gallery. Our clients send us wallpaper samples, fabric swatches and paint chips from which we produce our custom floorcloths. 

Ordering Information 

• Orders can be placed through our secured shopping cart, via e-mail,  or through the studio by calling 585.473.6736 anytime. 
• If ordering by e-mail, please include floorcloth title, size, and quantity as well as the shipping address and your phone number so that we can call you for payment information. 
• All custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to shipping. You will receive a 5% discount if you choose to pay in full at the time you place your order. 
• We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and personal checks. 

Design Process

An original design starts with input from you. When ordering a custom floorcloth, you are an integral part of the design process. 

Let us know if you have any design ideas. If you have a wallpaper sample, border design, fabric swatch, picture from a magazine or even a favorite painting, these are all inspirations for a  floorcloth design. You can also let us know if there are any cloths we have already created that you particularly like - that way we can get a sense of the kind of feeling you are after. Photographs of the location where your cloth will ultimately go are helpful to us during the design process. 

Once we have an idea of the type of design and colors you like, we can create a few sketches for your review. For our long-distance customers, we communicate design ideas via email or a secured web page. That way, you can view sketches at your leisure. There is never a charge for this step.


Colors

We can mix our colors to match your existing decor. Therefore it is helpful for us to see paint chips, fabric swatches or other items which contain the colors you would like to appear in your floorcloth. 

Delivery Time

Although delivery time will vary depending on the size of the floorcloth and the intricacy of the design, you can generally expect your floorcloth to arrive 4 to 8 weeks from time of deposit and order. 

Shipping/Handling 

Floorcloths will be shipped rolled in a tube. Please see below for the list of shipping charges. These charges include handling and insurance. We normally ship UPS and FEDX . Please notify us immediately of any damage during shipment so that we can file an insurance claim. 

IMPORTANT: Be sure to save all the packaging in which your floorcloth arrived. The standard procedure is for UPS to inspect the quality of the packaging in order to settle a claim. 

Return Policy 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original packaging with receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund.

Custom handpainted floorcloth orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom floorcloths are designed specifically for you so please be clear about what you want to avoid any problems.
